Delivery & Shipping
Within Germany and the EU, parcel shipping can vary between DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are made with DHL. Worldwide shipping is done with DHL.
Items that cannot be packaged (general cargo) are shipped via our house forwarding agents.
It is absolutely necessary to specify a delivery date (delivery day) and a telephone number in the purchase process.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the shipping method and the place of delivery.
Costs that arise due to incorrect address information and/or obstacles to delivery (shipping in general cargo) can be passed on to the customer.
Information on delivery times refers to the expected time of delivery.
The delivery period can be extended to a reasonable extent if events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult and over which IMDES CREATIVE SOLUTIONS has no influence
