The CONDENS-IT  PROFILER EXTRACTOR is the first small Vapor Phase Reflow Soldering machine with build in solder fume extractor and designed for SAFE reflow soldering and rework of prototype, single pieces and small quantities PCBA´s with board sizes up to 430 x 230 x 40 mm (L x B x H)
Components such as QFPs, BGAs, Flip-Chips as well as hybrids are processed defect free with highest quality results.
Solder Fume Extraction is an essential solution for removing the a complex mixture of resin acid particulates (smoke and gases) when the solder flux in the solder paste is heated above 183 ° C during the reflow process and also to extract other fumes such as adhesive  fumes, solvent vapors.
Due the small footprint and the build in FUME EXTRACTION the CONDENS-IT PROFILER EXTRACTOR it may be used at any place!
By using a Dual Lock Housing Construction the process chamber will be  protected against unwanted access or removing the LID when the reflow process is running.
The CONDENS-IT PROFILER EXTRACTOR  is equipped with simple manual maintenance-free PCBA handling system
